David Rice, Cofounder mBenki, Inc.
David has served in a variety of roles on behalf of public, private and non-profit organizations in the United States, Europe, Central Asia, and Africa, including the World Economic Forum, the Milken Institute, and the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services. David was the Founding Director of the Tony Elumelu Foundation’s Africapitalism Institute in Lagos, Nigeria, and Executive Director of the Development Research Institute at New York University where he also taught as an Adjunct Professor. He completed his Master’s Degree at Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government.
Pamfred Hasweeka, CEO mBenki Solutions Zambia Ltd.
Pamfred Hasweeka is an accomplished leader driving innovation and operational excellence across Zambia’s financial and development sectors. As General Manager of mBenki Solutions (Z) Ltd, he leads strategic initiatives to expand financial access, strengthen partnerships, and optimize operations through data-driven decision-making.
He brings over a decade of experience, including leadership roles in prominent public health international non-governmental organizations, where he advanced systems strengthening, project delivery, and policy alignment. As co-founder and Chairperson of the Mobile Money Business Association of Zambia, Pamfred has championed agent representation and digital financial security, facilitating impactful collaborations with ZICTA, the Bank of Zambia, and RUFEP.
Pamfred holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Zambia and is completing a Master of Public Health at the University of Lusaka. He blends grassroots insight with high-level engagement to help build inclusive, technology-driven financial ecosystems.

Chris Sinchende, COO mBenki Solutions Zambia Ltd.
Chris Sinchende is a results-driven entrepreneur and operations strategist with proven experience in administration, operations, and marketing. As Chief Operations Officer at mBenki Solutions (Z) Ltd., he leads daily business execution and agent-led expansion of inclusive digital financial services. He also serves as Secretary General of the Mobile Money Business Association of Zambia, driving national engagement and regulatory partnerships.
Chris is completing his Bachelor of Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing and holds an Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management, a Digital Marketing Certificate, Advanced Certificates in Entrepreneurship and Contracts Administration, and a Certificate in Supervision. With over seven years of entrepreneurial experience, he has founded and grown businesses such as Pevasi Investments, Buy at Home Investments, and Classic Biologic Solutions Ltd. His background also includes retail management and insurance marketing.

Dr. Terence Mcnamee, Cofounder mBenki, Inc.
Terence has more than two decades of international experience working across a diverse range of sectors and issues. He is a frequent advisor and consultant to various international clients and governments, and has delivered presentations in more than 40 countries. Terence was educated in his native Canada and the UK, where he received a PhD from the London School of Economics.
